브라이스턴(Bryston)의 프리앰프 BR-20은 아날로그와 디지털, 스트리밍 입력을 기본으로 하고 여기에 추가 옵션으로 HDMI 모듈과 MM 포노 입력 보드를 선택할 수 있다. 아날로그와 디지털 회로에 각각 독립된 파워 서플라이를 구성. 모든 입력에 릴레이 스위칭을 적용했다.
‘BR’은 지난 9월 타계한 브라이스턴의 공동 창립자 브라이언 러셀(Brian Russell)을 기념하는 의미라고 한다.
내장 DAC은 PCM은 최대 24비트/384kHz까지, DSD는 최대 DSD256까지 지원한다.
